Shipping Policy

When you purchase goods from https://saraclaridgebooks.com, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. DIGITAL GOODS (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly via Bookfunnel to the email address you used at checkout.

If you can’t find the email, check your spam or “Promotions” inbox (for Gmail accounts).

If you have any trouble transferring the book files to your reading device, you can click the help link at the top of the BookFunnel download page and a member of their support team will be happy to lend a hand.

2. PRINT BOOKS are printed individually to order by Bookvault, and are normally despatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times vary by country. Normally it takes 3-7 days after products are shipped.

Shipping costs are added at the checkout and a tracking number will be sent once the books have been despatched.

We are not liable for shipping delays or distributor delays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient when ordering physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
